This short, soft covered book is packed with good old fashioned wisdom. His main emphasis is on the incredible value of humor in all phases of one's life. What's also great are the cartoons he drew to emphasize his points about humor. Light hearted and easy to read, this book offers a very powerful message...They who laugh.....Last.

This is a "how to", step by step, manual on the many aspects of public speaking par excellence. It covers topics from what public speaking can do for the speaker; to effective opening lines; to tips on speaking. It also includes a much needed list of organizations in need of speakers.
Another part of the manual deals with how to produce, publish and market your books and tapes. The section on Murphy's Law was both informative and delightful. "How to plan and conduct an effective one day seminar" and "How to connect with your audience and work the room" are the last few sections.
One thing I felt was a great bonus was the statement that with the purchase of the manual u get free consultation via email or snail mail. The last few pages are dedicated to sample press releases and a sample speaker agreement/information sheet.
If you are interested in learning how to do public speaking for your own growth and development or to earn an income from it, this is the must read manual. It is both easy to read and understand and offers a wealth of practical information.
