E-Books...Incredibly easy, inexpensive way to learn

What are e-Books and for what are they used?
Seems like it was many moons ago that we earthlings traveled to a library or conventional book store, used a library card, cash and, more recently, a credit card and took our book(s) home to read. The advent of the computer age has transformed all that for, at least, some of us…now instead of a library, we search the web for information about myriad topics;and, instead of buying a book, we purchase them online, often in the form of an e-Book, or electronic book, which are books that are distributed digitally rather than using dead trees (paper). We can download, save to our hard drive and/or print them out and read it like…a BOOK! eBooks are available for download within minutes after purchase. They are fully searchable, interactive software applications or PDF files. The convenience of them cannot be denied.
Here are some e-Books that I have come across in my search for new and informative information. Please bear in mind that I have not read all of these, so investigate before purchasing any or all of them.
